Changed Your Mind?

For all supported destinations, you may notify us of a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 calendar days. Any additional mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact Us Before Sending Your Return

Please email support@yonadiy.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and any required documents based on your location and how your order was fulfilled.

You can also request a return or cancellation through your customer account. Cancellation requests can be submitted before the items are dispatched.

European returns can be sent to our Barcelona return address. For US orders fulfilled through our US fulfilment partner, we will provide the designated US return address and documents. Return instructions for other destinations are provided individually.

Do not use the original dispatch address unless we confirm it.

You do not need prior approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient notification, and you do not need to wait for our reply to make it. Our instructions do not restrict your statutory rights or return deadlines.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

If the product is faulty, arrives damaged, has missing parts or is incorrect, we cover the necessary costs of resolving a valid claim. Please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return or other solution.

We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Condition of Returned Kits

Please pack your kit securely and include all its components. Use the original packaging where possible; this is not a condition of your statutory withdrawal right.

You may inspect the kit as you would in a shop. Popping out, folding, gluing or painting pieces may go beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and may reduce its value. Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund to reflect that loss in value and will explain any deduction.

Opening the packaging alone does not automatically remove your right to return the kit.

Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, we will refund the applicable payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

When you return the whole order, the refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not included.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise with you, without refund fees. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the payment.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact support@yonadiy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available.

We will arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

You may use this form to notify us of your withdrawal, but it is not mandatory. You may instead send any clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
