We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:

• Contiguous United States (48 states+DC): US$50 or more.
• Spain & Portugal: Free shipping on orders of €50 or more
• United Kingdom: Standard shipping costs £9.99, with free standard shipping on orders of £60 or more in eligible delivery areas.
• Western Europe (AT, BE, DE, FR, IE, IT, LU, NL): Free shipping on orders of €60 or more
• Northern & Eastern Europe (BG, CZ, DK, EE, FI, GR, HR, HU, LT, LV, PL, RO, SE, SI, SK): Free shipping on orders of €70 or more
• Cyprus & Malta: Free shipping on orders of €120 or more
• Other international destinations: Standard shipping rates apply

Free-shipping thresholds are based on the merchandise total after discounts, excluding shipping and any taxes added separately at checkout.

Eligibility depends on your delivery address. Available shipping options and any applicable charges are shown before you pay.

Delivery availability and the final shipping cost are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within a few business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery to the United States and most European countries typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Estimates for other supported destinations are provided at checkout.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, appears to be missing or arrives damaged, contact support@yonadiy.com with your order number. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once your parcel has been dispatched.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered to the contiguous United States are shipped from our US fulfilment centre, so customers will not be charged import duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees on delivery.

Orders delivered within the EU’s standard customs and VAT territory are shipped from within the EU, so customers will not be charged import duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees on delivery. Special territories may have different arrangements, which will be indicated before purchase.

For other destinations, applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees not collected at checkout are payable by the customer. These charges are determined by the destination’s authorities and relevant carriers. Free shipping does not cover them.

Any applicable sales tax or VAT collected by us is shown at checkout before payment.
