2. Product Information

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Yona DIY sells papercraft kits that require assembly, not finished models. Please refer to the relevant product page for kit contents, finished dimensions and required tools.

Product images illustrate the design and finished result. Screen displays may cause slight colour differences, and the final appearance may vary depending on how you assemble your kit. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or do not match their description.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices and the checkout currency are as displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout so that you can review the order total before paying. For possible import charges, please see our Shipping Policy.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Subsequent changes to prices or promotions will not change the amount of an already confirmed order.

4. Orders and Delivery Details

Please provide an accurate email address, recipient name and delivery address when placing your order. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@yonadiy.com. Once an order has been dispatched, changing its address or stopping the parcel may not be possible. This does not affect your return rights under our Returns Policy or your statutory right of withdrawal.

Rights in the images, text, logos and tutorials created by or licensed to Yona DIY belong to Yona DIY or their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law or with authorisation, this content must not be copied, resold or used for commercial purposes.
